Our Friendly Office Staff at The Pet Stop
Jeanine
Senior Hospital Administrator
For as long as she can remember, Jeanine has been passionate about animal welfare. After years of working in the pet industry across various facets of animal healthcare — from veterinary hospital roles to a niche dog boarding facility, and most recently in pet insurance — she is excited to help provide exceptional healthcare to clients and their furry family members. Collaborating with pet parents, their pets, and her team to ensure the highest standard of medical care is her top priority, and she is thrilled to share that vision with Lakefield Veterinary Group. Jeanine relocated to Alaska in November 2023 with her three cats and Boxer in tow, and she’s loving the adventure of exploring this beautiful state.

She has worked as a Veterinary Technician since 2001 and received her license in 2009. In 2016, Jessica moved into the position of practice manager. Jessica and her husband foster dogs for local rescues and they enjoy their three saltwater aquariums.

Her love of animals and the people that care for them is what keeps her here. When not at work she enjoys her dog Millie, being outdoors, camping, riding bikes and hiking.
Tina
Receptionist
I love all the inner workings of the Pet Stop – the conversations and cooperation that happen so that your family has the best experience! The receptionists who enjoy welcoming you and your pet and talk about their cuteness even after they go home, technicians and assistants who find creative ways to make your pet’s visit less stressful, and the doctors who combine their experience to make sure your pet is getting the best care. Good people work here, good families come here and it’s fun to be a part of it all. When I’m not working I am outside gardening, hiking, and spending time with family!
